Terms of service and refund policy

By commissioning me the customer agrees to the following:
1. Clients must be at least 15 years of age. If the client is under 15, I won't be working with them unless it is directly through a parent or guardian.
2. As someone with a disability there will be times I have to take a break from art, I will always let the customer know ahead of time and the moment I resume. Please be understanding
3. I will work with deadlines for most things, aside from full scenes or refs because those take me a very long time. Deadlines for those two items can be negotiated, but I would need at least a two month heads up.
4. My artwork cannot be used as NFTs, redistributed for money without my consent, or posted without proper credit.
5. I have the right to deny any commission for whatever reason I may deem necessary.

7. I will do my best to complete the art after sketch approval, but I will likely send wips along the way to guarantee satisfaction, however if there is no response within 2 days I will continue the commission regardless.
8. I will not draw almost purely black or excessively neon characters, my eyes get very messed up. If you want art of them, youd have to commission something colorless, and send me the ref in grayscale for neon characters.
9. I seldom work with a slot system, but spots in my queue can be reserved.
10. If an art piece is physically being shipped I am no longer responsible once it is in the mailing system and out of my hands.
11. You cannot commission artwork with the intention of giving it to someone on my blacklist, whether it be a custom design or a piece of one of their characters. If I find out something is being received for someone on my blacklist I will stop the art and no refund will be issued. Non negotiable.
12. My art is not for commercial use unless it is discussed beforehand
13. Sometimes art can take upwards of a month, I value communication more than anything and will keep my clients updated, I tend to get busy/injured comically oftenRETURN POLICY
Refund/payment tos!
Payment and Refunds:
1. Payment through PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp. I don't accept snail mail or any form of mailed money.
2. I will not start the artwork until I am paid in full, payment plans for things over $70 are possible but I will not start until I have received the full payment.
3. If a cancelation is needed and I haven't started the artwork a full refund will be given. I will not issue refunds once the drawing has been started.
4. Client is responsible for all shipping costs if any physical artwork is being shipped.
5. I will make changes to the drawing in both the sketch and lineart phases, but if I'm coloring and you'd like changes to the lineart it will be a small price increase.
6. I will use the ref sheet I'm given, I will NOT work with shaded refs. If a character's design changes while I am in the coloring phase of the comm it will cost extra to change. If I have yet to color, and the character's complexity hasn't drastically increased, it will be free.
7. I charge more for more complex characters, though my definition of complex is different than most, so the likelihood of a drastic price Increase is not large.
8. If I feel the need to terminate a commission in the middle of the process, a partial refund may be given depending on reasoning, but there will be no full refunds.
